Rebecca Levin Graines

image placement Rebecca Levin Graines is an experienced litigator who comes to Children’s Law Group from the firm of Jones Day Reavis and Pogue.  Rebecca brings extensive experience to our appellate work at the local and federal level.  Previously she worked for the Illinois Attorney General in the Health Care Bureau, mediating claims between Illinois consumers, health care providers and insurance companies.

As a student at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Rebecca was a researcher in the field of genetic predisposition to environmental carcinogens in the workplace.  She served as a teaching assistant for legal writing and as an editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review.  Rebecca began her legal career as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Joan B. Gottschall in the Northern District of Illinois.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
